a) Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and over. b) Registration requires providing accurate and up-to-date personal information. c) The Curated Traveller reserves the right to accept or decline any membership application at its discretion. d) Members must keep their account details secure and inform us of any unauthorized access.

Membership Benefits
a) Members receive exclusive access to special rates, offers, and promotions for luxury accommodations in Scotland. b) The availability of offers is subject to change and may vary depending on demand, availability, and provider terms. c) Membership does not guarantee specific discounts or offers at all times but provides access to negotiated deals. d) The Curated Traveller may introduce new benefits or modify existing benefits at its discretion.

Membership Fees & Payments
a) Membership is subject to an annual or monthly fee, as specified at the time of registration. b) Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. c) Membership will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Members may opt out of auto-renewal at any time through their account settings. d) The Curated Traveller reserves the right to change membership fees with prior notice.
Cancellation & Termination
a) Members may cancel their membership at any time, but refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the membership period. b) The Curated Traveller may terminate or suspend a membership for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of membership benefits. c) In case of termination due to a breach of terms, no refund will be issued.
Use of Membership
a) Membership is personal and non-transferable. b) Offers and benefits are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms from participating hotels and partners. c) The resale or sharing of membership benefits is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of membership. d) Members must comply with all terms and conditions of partner accommodations when booking through The Curated Traveller.
Limitation of Liability
a) The Curated Traveller acts as an intermediary between members and accommodation providers and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by third parties. b) The Curated Traveller is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to changes, cancellations, or unavailability of offers. c) To the extent permitted by law, The Curated Traveller’s liability is limited to the value of the membership fee paid.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
a) The Curated Traveller reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. b) Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the member portal. c) Continued use of the membership following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
